PROGRAM
SUNDAY: Embarking at Baotic Marina next to Trogir (Spalato) at 13:30. Everything’s ready, so it’s time to leave! We sail towards Brac island, the biggest of Dalmatia, and we stop by Bobovisce bay. We take a swim and relax under the sun before dinner. We spend our night in the bay under a star-filled sky.
MONDAY: After breakfast, we sail around Spalato’s Gulf, coasting Brac, to end up in the famous Bol beach. With our dinghy, we can reach Zlatni Rat, the Golden Horn, where we must take a group picture! Later in the afternoon, we arrive in the old town of Starigrad, to spend the night in its welcoming bay.
TUESDAY: we head towards the well-known Hvar island. Approaching the beautiful island from the sea is an unforgettable sight. We sail to the southern coasts after lunch, reaching the wild Scedro, a sandy uninhabited island. Here we can enjoy some snorkeling in the deserted bays. From here we can fully admire the striking view of the vineyards covering the western portion of Hvar. At sundown, we arrive at Lovisce cove to spend the night under the stars.
WEDNESDAY: We enjoy breakfast on board to then moor towards the east in Korcula island, a rocky island famous for its wine-making tradition, to then reach Vela Luka. The crew will arrive at the marina at around 11 for them to restock what is needed, while we can relax for a few hours in Osjak island. We can jog, take a dip in the rocky coast or do some snorkeling. After lunch in the caique, we have endless possibilities. We can cross the island to explore Korcula, or we can cycle from Vela Luka to Meja. We can also go to Proizd, one of the most beautiful Croatian beaches. Dinner is onshore.
THURSDAY: After a refreshing dip and a plentiful breakfast, we keep on sailing towards Hvar, the Croatian Ibiza, the city that never sleeps. We avoid the crowd in the port and moor in the small uninhabited Pakleni islands. We reach the shore in the evening for a local dinner. For those who are curious, we recommend a visit to the Spanish medieval castle. For those who are trendier instead, get lost in the alleys of Hvar. You can get back to the caique anytime you want, thanks to the many taxi boats in the area.
FRIDAY: we sail along the south coast of Solta island, admiring its wild and deserted side. We reach Sesula bay and the small town of Maslinika to have lunch together. We can also take a brief walk to admire the scenery of the island. Right next to our mooring, there is a small restaurant where we can taste some delicious octopus with potatoes and the typical lamb beka: ready for a traditional Croatian dinner?
SATURDAY: we are back in the Baotic marina around 10, ready to disembark before 12. We are going back home more relaxed than ever and fully satisfied with this unforgettable holiday.
