MAL – Autumn in Malta, sail into the heart of the Mediterranean.

Don’t know what to do for All Saints day or a long weekend? You can sail to Malta and Gozo in our Superior sailboat, discovering all the beautiful islands of the area.

Do you like to enjoy the sun and the sea during the low season? A direct flight from Italy will take you to Malta, the ideal place for a 5-days holiday of sailing, walks, and history. Our comfortable Superior sailboat has four double cabins, four bathrooms, and full board. You can discover Europe’s Culture Capital of 2018, Valletta, one of the most significant cultural areas of the continent, also thanks to places like Saint John’s Cathedral or the Holy Infirmary. If you have been here during the summer, you need to come in autumn too! Softer tones, vivid colors, and blue skies replace the blinding lights of summer, allowing ideal weather to explore this surprising archipelago. Choose a relaxing sea trip, defined by cultural excursions, hidden bays, food, and drinks, but most importantly, endless fun! Malta is the autumnal holiday you need.

PROGRAM

1st day: We will have a few drinks together to get to know us in our boat and then we are ready to have some dinner in Valletta. If we feel like it, we can even have sun fun in the clubs of Paceville. If you get there early, we recommend visiting the newly renovated Fort St. Angelo, headquarters of the Malta Knights.
2nd day: It’s time to head north, towards the heart of the Maltese archipelago. Let’s enjoy some sun while we reach the Blue Lagoon, the most beautiful bay in Comino. During our navigation, we can enjoy the view of Malta’s northwest coast.
3rd day: After breakfast, we are ready to explore Valletta, a stunning city of alleys, colorful buildings, and places that exude history. We can visit the stunning Saint John Cathedral, where the Beheading of St John the Baptist by Caravaggio is stored, or the Holy Infirmary of Malta. We’ll also have time to grab a bite of local food and buy some souvenirs.
4th day: Back to the sea, we now head to Gozo, the green, small, rural island of the archipelago. The rhythms of life here are slower and in synch with nature. Beautiful stone farms, historical temples, and suggestive paths will amaze you in this little slice of heaven. We go back to the marina just in time for the evening: after our quintessential aperitivo on board, we are ready to have some fun on land in the local nightclubs.
5th day: Last peaceful awakening of this refreshing holiday. The sweet lights of Malta will always stay in your heart, along with some beautiful memories. See you soon!
